Venetia Parisi, the owner of Casa Nobile, is from an influential and respected Kefalonia family with a history dating back to the Venetian rule of the Ionian islands which lasted for 400 years. Venetia now welcomes you to the home of her ancestors, owned and cherished by her family for over 5 generations.
Set on a mountainside and enclosed by 5 acres of very private grounds, Casa Nobile benefits from panoramic sea views, spectacular sunsets and a bird’s eye vista of the surrounding landscape.
Now extensively renovated and with all modern comforts, Casa Nobile is a light and spacious house ideal for a large family, groups of friends, or simply a couple wishing to get away from it all.
Fitted to a high standard with all modern conveniences, the house is tastefully decorated with a selection of antique furniture – many of which are heirloom pieces – and welcoming bathrooms finished with cool brushed concrete walls and beautifully painted floor tiles, making this villa a real home-from-home.

Totally private and completely insulated from the outside world. Casa Nobile is not overlooked and there are no immediate neighbours, so entirely free to play music on the poolside sound system as whenever and at whatever volume you wish!
